The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions while enabling engineering teams to move faster and more reliably. This role requires strong technical ownership, automation expertise, and collaboration across multiple technical disciplines.

• Develop and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, scientific, and operations teams to optimize service performance, reliability, scalability, security, and cost.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure that supports business growth and evolving technical requirements.
• Create self-service platforms that enable developers and technical teams to operate independently.
• Support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes and scientific computing environments using HPC clusters.
• Introduce and maintain MLOps practices for deploying and managing GPU-based machine learning workloads.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Participate in production support activities, including on-call rotations and incident response.
• Establish best practices around reliability, observability, infrastructure security, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strong DevOps engineering expertise with a proactive mindset, a passion for automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed environment.

• 6+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer in cloud-based environments.
• Strong experience with containerized infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Docker, and related cloud-native technologies.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Crossplane.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages including Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure security, and production reliability practices.
• Experience working with AI coding assistants and applying AI tools to engineering workflows.
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and solve complex technical problems in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams and technical stakeholders.
• Bonus experience with HPC environments, SLURM, AWS ParallelCluster, Azure CycleCloud, or parallel file systems such as Lustre and NFS.
