  • Manage data integrations and validations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as ERP, EPM, and Azure platforms.
  • Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data consistency and integrity across planning environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials while supporting end-user adoption and training.
  • Support monthly and annual planning cycles, audit requirements, and system governance activities including security and access management.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within financial planning and analysis workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan model building, administration, and support in a finance systems environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize financial models and work with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP, EPM, or other enterprise data platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train business users and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Anaplan certifications and experience with Anaplan XL are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with bonus or incentive eligibility (monthly range provided by employer).
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Remote work flexibility across the United States, with optional hybrid arrangements in select locations.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave supporting work-life balance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Mental health support and wellness-focused benefits, including EAP access.
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and supplemental benefit options.
  • Employee discounts, community engagement programs, and family-building benefits.
