In this role, you will oversee the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of enterprise HR technology systems within a dynamic and evolving business environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and effectiveness of HCM platforms while leading enhancement initiatives, integrations, and operational delivery. Working closely with People & Culture, IT, Finance, and external vendors, you will translate business priorities into sustainable technical solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence. This position combines technical leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment. - Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise HR and HCM systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Oversee day-to-day system activities including upgrades, configurations, incidents, releases, integrations, testing, documentation, and change management processes.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Workday and related HR system integrations, including architecture, troubleshooting, enhancements, and new development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards related to security, privacy, auditability, data integrity, and access controls.
- Lead the delivery of HR technology projects and enhancements from planning through implementation and stabilization.
- Translate business and operational priorities into actionable delivery plans while managing risks, dependencies, resources, and timelines.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to HR technology specialists and technical team members.
- Manage vendor and third-party partner relationships to ensure quality delivery, alignment with business objectives, and operational effectiveness.
- Support governance processes by evaluating incoming requests, providing impact analysis, and contributing to prioritization decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders by communicating system capabilities, constraints, and strategic recommendations effectively.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, including significant experience with HR/HCM platforms such as Workday, ADP, or SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience leading enterprise application operations, delivery teams, and technical projects in complex organizational environments.
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations, governance frameworks, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, managed service providers, and external implementation partners.
- Knowledge of compliance environments including SOX/CSOX controls, access management, and enterprise audit requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and delivery management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Clear communication and influencing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working in hybrid enterprise environments and collaborating across multiple business functions.
