This role plays a key part in strengthening enterprise-wide procurement strategy by managing sourcing activities, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations across multiple indirect spend categories. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce risk, and improve supplier performance. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, supporting everything from RFP processes to spend analysis and contract lifecycle management. Operating in a highly collaborative environment, you will influence procurement decisions and help drive adoption of best practices across the organization. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who enjoy working across business functions and shaping scalable procurement frameworks. Your contributions will directly support operational efficiency and financial optimization across the enterprise.
- Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities across indirect categories including IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Operations, and Compliance.
- Conduct sourcing events, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, and competitive bidding processes focused on value, risk, and scalability.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements in partnership with Legal and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze supplier performance and spend data to identify savings opportunities and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal business partners across the organization.
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and operational needs.
- Drive supplier consolidation efforts and promote preferred supplier frameworks.
- Manage procurement governance, policy adherence, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation and adoption of procurement systems and eSourcing tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve sourcing challenges.
- Perform detailed spend analysis and reporting to support budgeting and decision-making.
- Contribute to change management efforts related to procurement transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing methodologies, and category management.
- Experience managing RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa or Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in categories such as IT, finance, corporate services, or facilities.
