The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of restroom facilities while providing courteous and professional guest support. This role serves as a visible point of contact for guests, offering assistance as needed and ensuring restrooms remain safe, sanitary, and fully stocked at all times. Bathroom Attendants work closely with management and operations teams to support smooth guest flow and uphold hospitality standards during peak service hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional assistance.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented restroom environment at all times.
• Ensure restroom supplies are fully stocked, including paper products, soap, and other amenities.
• Monitor restroom conditions regularly and address cleanliness needs promptly.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards and procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and escalate concerns or maintenance issues to management as needed.
• Assist with managing guest flow in restroom areas during busy periods.
• Provide basic venue information or directions to guests when requested.
• Support restroom operations during special events, peak hours, and high-volume service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Professional, approachable demeanor with strong guest-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
