This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integrated Care Program Operations Manager based in the United States.
This role supports the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of integrated care programs serving Dual Eligible and LTSS populations. You’ll work across markets to translate strategic priorities into practical operational plans, scalable processes, and measurable improvements. The position offers broad exposure to healthcare operations, government-regulated insurance programs, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll help identify risks, strengthen program performance, and standardize evidence-based practices across markets. Success requires strong collaboration with clinical, operational, business, and leadership stakeholders. - Support integrated care program operations: Collaborate with market teams to implement business strategies, operational plans, and scalable processes supporting LTSS, HCBS, and nursing home programs.
- Translate strategy into execution: Help convert program vision and strategic objectives into operational tactics, organizational infrastructure, and functional requirements.
- Drive program improvement: Evaluate operational processes, identify opportunities for greater effectiveness, and coordinate improvement initiatives with market teams.
- Support implementation and expansion: Contribute to post-implementation planning, product expansion, program enhancements, and ongoing standardization efforts.
- Manage projects and dependencies: Apply established project management methodologies to market initiatives while proactively identifying operational dependencies, risks, and change requirements.
- Monitor market performance: Track LTSS/HCBS program performance across markets, identify best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization to improve outcomes.
- Support regulatory and legislative initiatives: Assist leadership in monitoring federal and state legislative or governmental developments affecting integrated LTSS/HCBS programs and help identify related opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Build strong relationships across Dual Eligible, LTSS, market, and other business teams while engaging stakeholders to maintain alignment and support successful execution.
- Promote quality outcomes: Lead and support initiatives that deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with member, provider, operational, and program objectives.
- Communicate with leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to communicate priorities, progress, risks, and strategic direction across relevant stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration, with demonstrated knowledge of healthcare processes and operational environments.
- 4+ years of experience driving performance and process improvements within the health insurance industry.
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with government-regulated health insurance products, including Medicaid, Managed Care Waivers, Fee-for-Service (FFS), and Medicare, is preferred.
- Experience implementing programs focused on integration, ideally within healthcare or managed care environments, is preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience is preferred, with the ability to manage initiatives from planning through completion.
- Strong ability to identify business problems, evaluate potential solutions, and understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven relationship-building and leadership skills, with the ability to act as a change agent, trainer, and facilitator.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Broad understanding of clinical operations, market operations, business development, network functions, and healthcare operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong business acumen, diplomacy, and cultural awareness, with the judgment to navigate complex stakeholder environments sensitively and effectively.
- No professional license or certification is required for this position.
- Ability to work in a general office environment and sit or stand for extended periods as needed.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, with travel of up to 15% based on departmental needs.
- Competitive annual salary range of $94,100 – $164,800, with compensation determined based on education, training, experience, role scope, complexity, and relevant market and internal data.
