POSITION SUMMARY:
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent technical school graduate looking to get their start at a fast-growing technology company. As a member of our team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of products and services, along with meaningful opportunities for continued learning, professional growth, and career advancement. A NOC Imaging Technician is to provision and stage endpoint and network hardware, maintain documentation and inventory, and manage shipping and receiving. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters location in Melville, NY.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
•Provision new PC’s/Tablets/Thin Clients
•Stage and baseline servers/firewalls/switches and other network equipment
•Update and verify documentation of hardware configurations
•Process inventory
•Handle shipping/receiving
Requirements:- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of basic subnetting
- Knowledge of OSI Model
- Positive, motivated learner with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Customer-service mindset focused on reliability and user experience
- A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, documentation-first approach
- Comfortable following standard operating procedures for imaging, deployments, and supporting workflow with suggestions for improvement
- Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability in resolving issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize issues based on severity and SLA impact
- Likes to have fun and laugh with a great team
