Career Development and Position Placement
This position serves as a developmental role within the Service Department. Employees will receive training in various departmental functions and may be assigned to a specialized position based on demonstrated skills, performance, aptitude, business needs, and available opportunities. Assignment to a specialized role is not guaranteed and will be determined at the discretion of the company.
Essential Functions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, participants, nonprofit partners, and internal team members.
- Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other communications to support program operations and resolve inquiries.
- Accurately document interactions, maintain records, and update company systems with strong attention to detail.
- Follow established company processes, client requirements, and departmental procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
- Meet or exceed established productivity, quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, account maintenance, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address routine issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build proficiency across Service Department functions.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) or more years of customer service, administrative support, call center, healthcare, case management, nonprofit, or other related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Human Services, or a related field.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Experience with workers' compensation, disability management, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, or case management.
Other
- Individual is required to sit for an extended period of time, stand, walk, talk and hear, use hands and fingers, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. May also occasionally need to lift or move 0-15 pounds. Specific vision skills for computer usage and written document reading.
