VP ASC Network in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Parkview Health

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Nursing or related field required. Masters degree (MBA MHA or related) strongly preferred. Minimum of 810 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. At least 5 years in ASC or surgical services operations leadership preferred. Experience managing multi-site operations is highly desirable. Strong business acumen and financial management expertise. In-depth knowledge of ASC regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams. Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to execute operational initiatives. Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capability.
