Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

📍 Position & Location

• Position: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Belleair Place and Bayside Court, our residential communities in Clearwater, FL 33756
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with an alternating on-call weekend rotation required

⭐ Key Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment
• EPA I & II or EPA Universal certification
• Experience with Yardi property management software
• Valid Driver's License
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

• Competitive base hourly pay
• Automatic quarterly pay increases (every 3 months) after your initial 90 days on the job

✅ What You'll Do

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
• Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
• Assist with the property preventative maintenance plan
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime

📋 What You Bring

🎓 Education

• High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred

💼 Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience, or Groundskeeper experience
• Proficiency in maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more
• Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

🛠️ Skills & Certifications

• EPA Section 608 Type I and II, or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
