Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
📍 Position & Location
- Position: Maintenance Technician
- Location: Belleair Place and Bayside Court, our residential communities in Clearwater, FL 33756
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with an alternating on-call weekend rotation required
⭐ Key Qualifications
- Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment
- EPA I & II or EPA Universal certification
- Experience with Yardi property management software
- Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
💰 What We Offer
- Competitive base hourly pay
- Automatic quarterly pay increases (every 3 months) after your initial 90 days on the job
- Monthly personal cell phone allowance of $40.00

✅ What You'll Do
- Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
- Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
- Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
- Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
- Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
- Assist with the property preventative maintenance plan
- Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
- Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
📋 What You Bring
🎓 Education
- High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
💼 Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience, or Groundskeeper experience
- Proficiency in maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more
- Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
🛠️ Skills & Certifications
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II, or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
