Job Description

Skyworks LLC is a family-owned and operated construction equipment rental company. Skyworks is a team inspired by a positive culture to build exceptional customer experiences.

The Skyworks Romulus branch needs an experienced Road Mechanic. This is a Union Position (International Union of Operating Engineers Local 324).

Duties and responsibilities for Road Mechanic:

  • maintain the branch's equipment fleet
  • diagnose and fix issues with equipment at customer's job sites


Qualifications for Road Mechanic:

  • electrical and hydraulic experience
  • experience repairing construction equipment
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
  • valid driver's license with safe driving history
