About This Position
Position Description: Responsible for performing highly diversified duties including operating heavy equipment for completion of site projects as well as maintaining Corrigan facilities by setting up, closing and cleaning where and when necessary. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Primary Duties:
Safely operate all required construction and heavy equipment.
Responsible for general maintenance of equipment such as fluid and fuel levels, daily greasing, keeping cabs clean.
Perform various levels of manual labor: operate a variety of light and heavy equipment.
Ensure that all work is being done in compliance with company protocol.
Proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
Effectively handle lifting of various objects.
Read and interpret safety/employment manuals and other work-related documents.
Work extended hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Operate various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly facilities.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Able to lift 60 pounds of necessary equipment; Able to push and pull 75 pounds.
Handle exposure to dust, fumes and high noise levels.
On call 24 / 7 for environmental cleanup.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends.
Work locations may require out of town/overnight stays.
Demonstrate professionalism; be courteous and friendly to customers and co-workers at all times.
Follows company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies.
Regular and reliable attendance and presence at work.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively perform responsibilities under a high level of stress.
Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Experience/Education:
Able to read and understand blueprints.
Able to set site grades with laser beams.
Valid drivers license.
CDL A with airbrakes - preferred.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and 7-year criminal background check.
