This role is focused on building and scaling high-performance acquisition strategies within a highly specialized and regulated market. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing paid media campaigns that go beyond generating leads, focusing instead on qualified opportunities with real conversion potential. Working closely with sales and strategy teams, you will help shape full-funnel journeys that connect advertising performance to measurable revenue impact. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, focusing on qualified lead generation for high-value clients.
- Develop and test different ad strategies while ensuring compliance with the specific regulations of the legal market.
- Analyze performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor lead behavior throughout the funnel, especially through WhatsApp and other conversion channels, ensuring lead quality and progression.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales processes and business objectives.
- Manage advertising budgets strategically, prioritizing profitability and real business outcomes over volume metrics.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, experimentation, and performance trends.
You have proven experience as a Traffic Manager or Performance Marketing Specialist, with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. You are highly analytical, comfortable working with data, and capable of translating performance metrics into actionable strategy. You understand full-funnel marketing logic and how acquisition connects directly to sales outcomes. You are organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple campaigns with precision and accountability. A strong focus on results and continuous optimization is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with lead generation funnels, especially via messaging channels like WhatsApp, is highly valued.
- Experience managing paid traffic campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads
