This role is part of a high-performance marketing team focused on driving qualified demand and strengthening brand authority in a fast-scaling technology environment. The professional will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. Working in a data-oriented structure, the role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the full marketing funnel, from acquisition to conversion. The position requires close collaboration with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment between business goals and marketing execution. - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and performance.
- Manage the full marketing funnel, ensuring consistency across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion stages.
- Analyze campaign performance and channel metrics, identifying insights and proposing data-driven improvements.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automation flows and audience segmentation strategies to improve marketing efficiency.
- Run A/B tests and experiments across campaigns, channels, and messaging to validate and implement learnings.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution consistency.
- Contribute to ongoing marketing projects and initiatives, supporting overall team objectives and growth strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and demand generation roles.
- Strong experience working with marketing funnels, automation, and lifecycle strategies.
- Solid background in digital marketing, content marketing, and paid media channels.
- Experience with B2B marketing environments is required.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEMrush.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing activities is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, mobility, delivery, or marketplace sectors is a plus.
