You will join a global, data-driven environment where marketing performance and experimentation play a central role in shaping user acquisition and business growth. In this role, you will transform large-scale marketing and campaign data into actionable insights that directly influence strategy, optimization, and budget allocation. You will work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance, improve attribution models, and identify opportunities to increase ROI. The position requires strong analytical thinking, a deep understanding of statistical methods, and the ability to work with complex datasets across multiple tools. You will also play a key role in designing and evaluating A/B tests, ensuring accurate measurement and continuous improvement of marketing initiatives. Operating in a fast-paced, international, and fully remote environment, you will contribute to scaling products used across global markets. This is a high-impact analytical role where your insights directly shape marketing efficiency and growth.
- Prepare and deliver detailed analytical reports on marketing campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities and performance improvement strategies.
- Analyze key marketing KPIs daily, detect anomalies, and proactively investigate changes in performance trends.
- Design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests, providing clear recommendations based on statistical outcomes and experimental results.
- Improve and maintain attribution models, LTV frameworks, and marketing performance measurement methodologies.
- Develop actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, targeting strategies, and overall marketing ROI.
- Optimize reporting systems and budgeting tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across marketing analytics initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical, economics, or related quantitative field.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Solid experience with BigQuery and working with large-scale datasets.
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and mathematical concepts relevant to marketing analytics.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Superset, or similar platforms.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ level or higher).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.
- Nice to have: experience with SQL (MS SQL), basic Python, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads platforms.
- Preferred: candidates based in APAC or nearby time zones with at least 3 hours of overlap with team working hours.
