Position SummaryThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting day-to-day HR operations and strategic people initiatives. This role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and VP of People to ensure consistent, compliant, and employee-focused HR practices across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership- Partner with managers to support employee performance, engagement, and development
- Provide HR guidance to leaders on policies, procedures, and people matters
- Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives
- Act as a first point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns
- Support investigations, coaching, and resolution of performance or conduct issues
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment practices
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Partner with Recruiting on onboarding and transition processes
- Support performance management cycles and employee feedback initiatives
- Assist with employee offboarding and exit processes
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment law
- Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting managers in a technology or professional services environment
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms
- Salary Range: $105,000 $135,000 (base salary)
- Eligible for annual performance bonus
