Position Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting day-to-day HR operations and strategic people initiatives. This role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and VP of People to ensure consistent, compliant, and employee-focused HR practices across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership
  • Partner with managers to support employee performance, engagement, and development
  • Provide HR guidance to leaders on policies, procedures, and people matters
  • Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives
Employee Relations
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns
  • Support investigations, coaching, and resolution of performance or conduct issues
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment practices
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Talent & Lifecycle Support
  • Partner with Recruiting on onboarding and transition processes
  • Support performance management cycles and employee feedback initiatives
  • Assist with employee offboarding and exit processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment law
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting managers in a technology or professional services environment
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $105,000 $135,000 (base salary)
  • Eligible for annual performance bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off
