Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia at McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure Specialist for our Peachtree Corners, GA office location.

• Title review and title clearance
• Consult clients on Title and Conveyance search findings to process Deed in Lieu.
• Draft Deeds and Release of liens to complete the Deed in Lieu files for clients.
• Identify Lien Priority based on title abstracts, Circuit Court Case Search, and outside counsel.

Skills/Abilities:

• At least one year of legal experience and knowledge of the foreclosure process.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to think and act with little supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize caseload.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to read and understand legal documents (including recorded deed of trust and assignments) (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with data entry, affidavits, real estate law, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy (preferred).
• Experience with client systems including Black Knight, Tempo, CaseAware, and Perfect Practice a plus.
