Lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed technology and advisory organization serving public-sector markets across the United States.
Own the evolution of the brand, integrating acquired and legacy identities into a unified market presence.
Drive demand generation, digital marketing, thought leadership, events, communications, and marketing operations to support measurable revenue growth.
Build and lead a high-performing distributed marketing organization with clear priorities, accountability, and talent development.
Develop AI-enabled marketing capabilities that improve personalization, efficiency, campaign execution, and lead generation.
Partner closely with Sales, go-to-market, and executive leadership to connect marketing investment with pipeline, market expansion, and customer engagement.

- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth priorities, market expansion plans, revenue objectives, and broader business strategy.
- Lead brand strategy and architecture, bringing acquired and legacy brands together through a consistent enterprise identity, positioning, messaging, and market presence.
- Integrate and lead a distributed marketing organization by establishing a clear operating model, priorities, accountability structures, and talent-development practices.
- Own the digital and AI-enabled marketing strategy across website evolution, SEO/SEM, social media, email, digital campaigns, marketing automation, content distribution, personalization, and emerging technologies.
- Build integrated demand-generation and field-marketing programs that create qualified pipeline and deliver measurable revenue contribution in partnership with Sales and go-to-market leaders.
- Develop marketing strategies tailored to state, local, and education government buyers, taking into account public-sector buying cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and event-driven engagement.
- Lead the public-sector event strategy across conferences, sponsorships, associations, client forums, and webinars, using AI and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve engagement, follow-up, and ROI measurement.
- Shape enterprise positioning, messaging, thought leadership, content, communications, and public relations to strengthen reputation and differentiation in priority markets.
- Translate complex technology and advisory offerings into compelling customer value propositions, campaigns, and sales-enablement materials.
- Partner closely with Sales, go-to-market, pursuit/capture, proposal, and practice leaders to align marketing priorities with strategic growth opportunities and customer pursuits.
- Establish marketing performance metrics and dashboards while owning budget planning, resource allocation, channel investment, campaign performance, event spending, and agency ROI.
- Use market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize marketing investments.
- Lead marketing integration for acquisitions, including brand migration, communications, digital consolidation, go-to-market coordination, and integration of marketing teams.
- Prepare and present marketing strategy, brand progress, pipeline contribution, and performance insights to executive leadership and the Board as appropriate.
- Foster a strategic, commercially minded, inclusive, data-driven, customer-focused, and technology-forward marketing culture that embraces AI and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership within a B2B technology, professional services, or similarly complex growth organization.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams spanning brand, digital, demand generation, content, communications, events, and marketing operations.
- Demonstrated success leading brand transformation and/or M&A integration, including the consolidation of multiple brands, teams, websites, and market identities.
- Strong preference for experience marketing to state, local, and education government or the broader public sector, with a solid understanding of government buying cycles and public-sector engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to align Marketing with Sales and go-to-market teams to influence pipeline, revenue growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.
- Exceptional executive communication, change leadership, stakeholder-management, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the presence to advise senior executives and communicate effectively with Boards.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience using CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics, and reporting platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Google Analytics, and Power BI preferred.
- Demonstrated willingness and practical experience adopting AI and emerging technologies to strengthen marketing strategy, campaign execution, demand generation, marketing operations, personalization, and team effectiveness.
- Strategic, commercially minded, action-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.
