  • VMware VCP or VCAP certification is preferred.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam and Zerto is preferred.
  • Working understanding of cloud infrastructure service models, including BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure across global data center environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to manage complex operational escalations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams while also working independently when required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Benefits

  • Opportunity to work hands-on with enterprise-scale cloud compute and virtualization infrastructure.
  • Exposure to VMware, cloud infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery technologies, and global data center environments.
  • Meaningful ownership of capacity planning, infrastructure optimization, monitoring, and operational reliability.
  • Opportunity to provide technical leadership and escalation support to other cloud operations engineers.
  • Collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and high-quality customer service.
