Warranty Administrator in Livonia, Michigan at Feldman Auto

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Deealership Warranty Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, communicating with customers, and working closely with the service department.

Responsibilities:

- Process warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is complete

- Communicate with customers regarding warranty claims and provide updates on the status of their repairs

- Work closely with the service department to ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and repairs

- Assist with administrative duties as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
