Warehouse Associate in El Paso, Texas at WB Border Project LLC

Re-Bath of El Paso is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse organized, ensure materials are properly received and prepared, and support our installation teams by making sure they have what they need to get the job done.

What You’ll Do

Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products

Pick, stage, and prepare materials for installation projects

Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse

Track inventory and help ensure materials are accounted for

Assist with inventory counts and identify shortages or discrepancies

Prepare materials and supplies for scheduled installations

Work closely with the installation and operations teams to support daily needs

Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices

Perform other warehouse-related duties as needed

Pay

$15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, construction, remodeling, or material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Ability to follow instructions and company safety procedures
• Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Must be able to safely handle and organize warehouse materials
