FNP needed for interim primary care/occ med in Findlay, Ohio at Georgia Medical Staffing LLC

Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP with primary care & occ med experience to assist with interim coverage at an employee/family based clinic in Findlay, OH.

Details:

• Oct 14 - Oct 30
• Hours: M-Th - 7a-4p & F - 7a-3p
• -Women's Health Experience required
• -Occupational Medicine Experience (e.g. pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, drug testing, OSHA exams, fit for duty): Preferred
• -Workers Comp Experience (i.e. work injury, return to work, managing documentation): Preferred
• -DEA: Preferred
• -Ages seen in the Health Center: 12+
• -Health Center Staffing Model: 1 MA, 1 Mental Health provider,1 Physical Therapist, 1 RN Health Coach,1 NP

Pay:

• $90 per hour
• Paid malpractice & training

Must have active OH license

Board Certified

2+ years primary care experience as an FNP

Occ Health experience

Women's Health experience
