This is an incredible opportunity to build hands-on experience, receive expert mentorship, and grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule: Part-time, Schools, Clinics, & In-home cases
Pay Range: $20.50 – $26.13/hour*
*Compensation is based on experience, education, certifications, and bilingual skills (if used regularly in the role).

• Provide 1:1 support to clients in home, school, and community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Use ABA strategies to support skill development in:
  • Communication
  • Social interaction
  • Play and daily living skills
• Track progress and maintain accurate daily documentation
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Active RBT certification
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required auto insurance (25/50k minimum)
• Ability to travel between client locations
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
• Negative TB test within the past 12 months

• Work settings include homes, schools, clinics, and community locations
• Moderate to high activity levels; physical engagement may be required
• Support individuals with a wide range of behaviors and needs
