This role is designed for a senior SEO professional who thrives in a performance-driven digital marketing environment, with a strong focus on local and service-based industries.
You will lead SEO strategy end-to-end, helping clients—primarily in healthcare and wellness—achieve measurable growth in organic traffic and conversions.
The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, combining technical SEO expertise with content and authority-building initiatives.
You will act as the owner of SEO performance, continuously analyzing data to refine strategies and maximize results.
A key part of the role is aligning SEO initiatives with broader marketing objectives, ensuring consistent impact across acquisition channels.
You will work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with international exposure and US-based operational standards.

- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions for service-based and healthcare clients.
- Own SEO performance end-to-end, using data and analytics to monitor results, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies proactively.
- Execute and refine Local SEO, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives, ensuring strong search visibility across all client portfolios.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content strategy development, site audits, and link-building planning to improve organic performance.
- Align SEO initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives to ensure measurable impact and ROI.
- Manage and optimize SEO workflows, improving processes, efficiency, and scalability across multiple client accounts.
- Continuously test SEO tactics and strategies, using performance data to validate improvements and iterate on execution.
- 6+ years of experience in SEO, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead/manager role.
- Strong expertise in Local SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Solid background in keyword research, content strategy, link building, and technical site audits.
- Experience working with service-area businesses, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Desirable: experience working with US-based clients and international markets.
