This is a highly technical, customer-facing cybersecurity role where you will operate at the intersection of offensive security, product engineering, and enterprise customer success. You will work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and operationalize an advanced AI-driven security platform within complex cloud and enterprise environments. The role blends deep hands-on engineering with real-world security problem solving, including supporting production deployments, troubleshooting integrations, and enabling offensive security workflows at scale. You will also act as a technical bridge between customers and internal product teams, ensuring field insights shape product evolution. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will support both pre-sales and post-sales motions while helping organizations strengthen their security posture against evolving threats. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys deep technical ownership and customer interaction in equal measure.

You will act as the primary technical interface for customers across deployment, integration, and ongoing support of advanced security solutions, ensuring successful adoption and continuous product improvement through hands-on engineering and collaboration.

• Lead end-to-end technical deployment, integration, and configuration of security products within customer environments
• Act as the post-sales technical point of contact, supporting troubleshooting, Tier 2 issue resolution, and escalation management
• Support pre-sales activities including technical demos, solution validation, and proof-of-concept environments when required
• Integrate products into complex cloud and enterprise infrastructures including SSO, VPNs, and hybrid environments
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype features and provide structured feedback from real-world customer deployments
• Translate technical security capabilities into clear business and operational value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure smooth handoff between pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams

You are a seasoned security or infrastructure engineer with strong customer-facing experience, capable of operating across cloud environments, security frameworks, and enterprise integrations while bridging technical and business conversations.

• 8–10+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or related technical roles
• Proven experience in a Field Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Professional Services role within cybersecurity or SaaS environments
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and enterprise integration patterns
• Deep understanding of security concepts including OWASP Top 10 and familiarity with SAST, DAST, SCA, and related tooling
• Experience deploying and integrating systems involving SSO, VPNs, APIs, and complex enterprise architectures
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or FedRAMP
• Ability to prototype or adapt code (e.g., Go, TypeScript) and work comfortably in technical, hands-on environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both engineers and business stakeholders
