About the Position
Star Sleep & Wellness is ready to welcome new talent to our Clinical Team at our Frisco location! The ideal candidate has a background and experience in sleep medicine, though it not a requirement for the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain excellent patient relationships through education and support.
- Conduct CPAP setup appointments, PAP education, and mask fittings for new and existing patients
- Collaborate with sleep providers, DME teams, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Manage all aspects of patient care for PAP therapy.
- Manage PAP, Oral Appliance & Medications Follow up appointments.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping using the EMR system.
- Advocates for all forms of sleep therapy and actively supports patient compliance

CompensationCompensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and credential status:
- Candidates without sleep credentials: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
- CPSGT Certified Sleep Technicians: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
- RPSGT Registered Sleep Technologists: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
