Position Summary

Conexa Home Technologies is looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in the Elk Grove/Sacramento, CA market. In this role, you'll go door-to-door and canvass residential and/or small business neighborhoods within your assigned territory, educating homeowners and business owners on our high-speed fiber internet services and closing sales in the field.

This is a 100% commission-only position — there is no base salary or hourly pay. It's a high-energy, field-based sales role best suited for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, enjoys the freedom of managing their own daily schedule, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. Top performers earn $2,000-$4,000+ per week, paid weekly, with no cap on what you can make.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned territories within the Elk Grove/Sacramento, CA market via door-to-door outreach to generate new fiber internet sales
• Educate customers on available fiber internet and related services
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and KPIs
• Accurately complete sales orders and necessary documentation in required systems
• Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of daily activity, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
• Represent the company professionally, ethically, and enthusiastically at all times
• Stay current on competitor offerings and market conditions within your territory
• Build and maintain positive relationships within neighborhoods and communities to support long-term referral business
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Sales experience preferred (door-to-door, retail, telecom, or outside sales a plus); motivated entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; training provided
• Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure and confident in your ability to drive your own results
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Acceptable driving record required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Personal smartphone required
• Must have access to required technology and apps needed to perform job
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking/standing for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Basic comfort with technology (tablets, CRM systems, mobile apps)

Compensation

• 100% commission-only — no base salary or hourly wage
