1. Analyzes financial data and creates financial reports and models for credit application decision support for assigned products.
2. Performs quality assurance for assigned products by regularly monitoring financial performance key indicators.
3. Assists Relationship Managers in business development, deal structuring, prepares credit applications, self-assessment, account review, and other administrative requirements as assigned.
4. Work with the Head of Department to ensure that the work of the RMA runs smoothly.
5. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or economics.
2. Bilingual oral and written skills on a business level in both English and Japanese.
3. Good knowledge of finance and basic accounting.
4. Good knowledge of commonly used research resources, including Bloomberg, EDGAR, and rating agencies.
5. Basic knowledge of corporate finance transactions and loan markets.
6. Advanced in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access) and modeling capabilities.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
