This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Insurance Product Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of insurance strategy, pricing innovation, and enterprise risk leadership, shaping how data-driven decisions influence growth and profitability across a rapidly evolving insurance portfolio.
You will define and lead pricing and risk strategies that directly impact product performance, regulatory alignment, and long-term business sustainability.
Operating at a senior leadership level, you will guide a high-impact function responsible for translating complex analytics into actionable enterprise decisions.
The position requires close collaboration with executive leadership, actuarial and analytics teams, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure disciplined yet innovative pricing frameworks.
You will also oversee the evolution of enterprise dashboards, risk indicators, and performance measurement systems used across the organization.
This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role for a leader who thrives in ambiguity and can scale both systems and teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the pricing and risk management strategy, defining the roadmap, priorities, and long-term vision for the function.
  • Own departmental operations including budgeting, headcount planning, hiring, and resource allocation aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation in pricing methodologies, risk modeling frameworks, and advanced analytics to support sustainable growth.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and strategic findings to executive leadership and external regulatory stakeholders.
  • Oversee enterprise reporting systems, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure accurate monitoring of portfolio performance and risk exposure.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support the development of robust modeling frameworks aligned with industry standards.
  • Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts to address complex, enterprise-wide pricing and risk challenges.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, actuarial science, risk management, or advanced analytics, with 9+ years in quantitative or analytical roles.
  • Proven experience leading a pricing, risk, or analytics function with ownership of strategy, execution, and outcomes.
  • Strong background in managing budgets, workforce planning, and organizational scaling within a technical or analytical department.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise dashboards, predictive modeling, risk KPIs, and performance measurement systems.
  • Solid understanding of insurance regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate complex insights with clarity and authority.
  • Track record of driving innovation, improving analytical frameworks, and implementing data-driven decision systems.
  • Strong leadership mindset with high integrity, sound judgment, and openness to diverse perspectives.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with potential equity participation through Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), based on role and level.
  • 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% of eligible earnings.
  • Multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance plan options.
  • Company-funded Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions depending on plan selection.
  • Paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage.
  • Flexible paid time off (typically 15–20 days annually) plus 8 company holidays.
  • Paid parental leave, including up to 14 weeks for birthing parents and 8 weeks for non-birthing parents.
  • Mental health support programs and access to confidential counseling services.
  • Professional development support, including budgets for certifications, training, and conferences (subject to approval).
  • Additional optional benefits such as long-term disability, critical illness, accident, legal, and pet insurance coverage.
