This role is a strategic opportunity to shape how a global, science-driven organization builds capability, develops talent, and prepares its workforce for the future. You will design and scale a modern learning ecosystem that strengthens leadership, enhances performance, and embeds continuous development across the business. Working in a highly collaborative and fast-evolving environment, you will partner closely with leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences. A key dimension of the role is driving organization-wide AI literacy and adoption, ensuring employees can effectively and responsibly use emerging tools in their daily work. You will oversee learning strategy, content design, and learning technologies, including the LMS, while measuring impact and continuously improving programs. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly influences capability, culture, and organizational readiness for growth.
- Own and execute the end-to-end learning and development strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, compliance requirements, and organizational capability needs
- Design and deliver a modern, scalable learning ecosystem including onboarding, leadership development, microlearning, and blended learning experiences
- Build and embed AI literacy and adoption programs across the organization, enabling responsible and effective use of AI in daily workflows
- Partner with business leaders, People & Culture teams, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
- Oversee LMS administration, learning technologies, compliance training, and governance frameworks to ensure audit readiness and operational excellence
- Develop engaging learning content across multiple formats, ensuring accessibility, consistency, and measurable impact
- Track, analyze, and report learning effectiveness, capability uplift, and adoption metrics to continuously improve programs
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields, ideally in a global or regulated environment
- Strong background in instructional design, behavioral science, and learning theory with proven ability to drive behavior change through training
- Experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs across digital and in-person formats
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, learning technologies, and tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders across the business and manage external training vendors effectively
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both remote and in-person settings
- Experience in compliance training, audits, and structured capability frameworks is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong organizational discipline
