Mail Processor in Evansville, Indiana at LIBERTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking applicants for a full-time Mail Processor. The successful candidate must be detailed-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. The candidate will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. If interested, please proceed by clicking Apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary Mail Processor
  • Process all mail transactions received
  • Balance transactions daily
• Sort and distribute all incoming mail (including FedEx)
• Print, sort, and mail letters as received from various departments
• Properly shred and dispose of all papers with confidential information
• Prepare all daily work items for transfer to the appropriate departments
• Contact members regarding mail transactions when necessary
• Assist Consumer Loan Servicing Department as needed
• Assist Title Clerks:
  • Process incoming titles
  • Filing
  • Pull titles ready for release
  • Print/mend title letters
  • Any other duties as assigned

• Develop and maintain an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, by-laws and operational procedures
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the credit union’s data processing and computer network
• Adhere to the credit union’s S.E.R.V.I.C.E standards
• Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management
