Unarmed Security Officer in Asheboro, North Carolina at North State Security Group LLC

North State Security is currently hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Officer in Asheboro, NC. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing security services on Saturday and Sunday from 7 am - 3 pm. The selected candidate will also be expected to serve as a flex officer to fill open shifts and provide additional coverage when needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor client property, investigate suspicious behavior, and enforce client and company policies
- Monitor individuals admitted to client site and stay attentive and responsive to surroundings at all times
- Perform routine foot patrols
- Respond to calls for service or assistance
- Prepare accurately daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Work collaboratively with management and local authorities when necessary
- Ability to work assigned schedule and assist with additional shifts if needed

Qualifications:
- Prior security experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass all background checks and hiring requirements
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
