The Manager of Non-Invasive Cardiology is responsible for the operational, clinical, and quality oversight of all non-invasive cardiology services across the health system. This role provides system-wide oversight of echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, EKG/ECG, stress testing, and related diagnostic services to ensure high-quality, compliance, and efficient patient care. The manager will support cardiovascular service line operational priorities established by the Service Line Director.
The Manager serves as the clinical and operational subject-matter expert, leveraging dual credentials as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer and Registered Vascular Technologist, and collaborates closely with cardiologists, vascular surgeons, physicians, nursing leadership, and executive stakeholders. The scope of responsibility includes inpatient and outpatient settings throughout all hospitals and diagnostic sites within the health system. This position functions under the direction of the Cardiovascular Operations Director and executive cardiovascular leadership.

Education, Training, & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare management, cardiovascular technology or a relevant discipline.
- Must have an appropriate echocardiography credential from one of the following: RCDS from ARDMS or RCS/RCCS from CCI.
- Must have an appropriate vascular sonography credential from one of the following: RVT from ARDMS or RVS from CCI.
- Current BLS Certification (AHA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in non-invasive cardiology.
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of non-invasive cardiology clinical standards and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage change and lead to system-wide standardization.
- Proficient in EMR, Cardiovascular PACS systems, and operational reporting tools.
