Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst (Communication) – Senior (SC) in Springfield, Virginia at PROCLEARED LLC

Work at this level involves a wide range of complex assignments and non-routine situations that require extensive knowledge in the specialty discipline.

Duties May Include:

· Develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services NGA Commercial Operations (SC) provides.

· Assist in the assessment of communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions.

· Develop and edit briefings, project, and concept plans while assisting other members of the Communications Team.

· Draft speeches, talking points and executive-level communication products

· Issues memoranda, briefings, design documents, as required.

· Edit and submit as needed the NGA Commercial Operations WAR.

· Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, and deliver SC communications that support the business and internal communication process.

· Developing, coordinating, and executing a strategic communications plan for SC and develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services Source provides.

· Assist with full cycle coordination of all Congressional requests to include talking points, Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Congressional Notifications (CNs), and Request for Information (RFI)

Required:

· TS/SCI with at least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.

· Demonstrated experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision makers at the executive level for strategic communications decisions.

· Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.

· Demonstrated experience in presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences.

· Demonstrated experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment.

· Demonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites
