As an ELA Content Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging online instruction that helps young learners strengthen their English literacy and communication skills. You’ll teach Reading, Speaking, and Writing using structured curriculum resources designed for elementary learners. The role combines effective lesson delivery, virtual classroom management, student assessment, and ongoing communication with families. You’ll create an encouraging learning environment where students can build confidence and develop strong foundational literacy skills. Beyond teaching, you’ll contribute to professional development, curriculum discussions, and continuous improvement of the learning experience. • Teach online ELA classes focused on Reading & Speaking and Reading & Writing skills.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons using established curriculum resources.
• Manage virtual classrooms of up to approximately 10 students while maintaining an interactive and supportive learning environment.
• Assess and grade student work, provide timely feedback, and monitor individual learning progress.
• Communicate professionally with students and parents regarding learning objectives, progress, and performance.
• Participate in teacher training, curriculum discussions, professional development, and related educational activities.
• Support a positive, student-centered learning experience that encourages participation, confidence, and literacy development.

Requirements:

• Native-level English speaker with excellent command of American English.
• Experience teaching elementary ELA, particularly within U.S. public, private, or charter school settings, is preferred.
• Experience teaching students in grades 1–4 is especially valuable.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required; a degree in Education, English, ELA, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong understanding of elementary reading instruction, literacy development, and writing support.
• Comfortable using online teaching technology and managing virtual classrooms.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom engagement skills.
• Enthusiastic, student-centered approach with the ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
• Ability to commit to at least one full semester is preferred.
• Availability to teach during afternoon/evening hours in U.S. time zones and/or weekends.

Benefits:
