• Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
• Employment: Full-time
• Requirements: Rotating weekends and holidays

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during the assigned shift.
• Supervise and support LPNs and direct-care staff.
• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Complete nursing assessments and required clinical records.
• Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and applicable Pennsylvania regulations.
• Support staff education, staffing coordination, and quality improvement.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.

• Current, valid Pennsylvania RN license.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or residential nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with neuromuscular conditions is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and applicable healthcare regulations preferred.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to quality resident-centered care.
