Job Description
· Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and manage intercompany transactions, including service-related invoices
· Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations, including prepaid and accrual accounts
· Record and review journal entries (e.g., depreciation, ROU assets, accruals, prepaid expenses)
· Lead month-end close activities, including P&L review and financial performance analysis
· Prepare consolidated monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership
· Conduct monthly sales and financial performance analysis
· Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records
· Monitor liquidity and prepare weekly cash flow and liquidity reports
· Analyze loan balances and borrowing base availability
· Reconcile bank accounts to loan accounts
· Process vendor payments (ACH and wire) and approve positive pay transactions
· Review and coordinate sales tax reporting with external partners
· Support fiscal year-end closing and coordinate with external auditors
· Contribute to maintaining strong internal controls and compliance practices
· Assist with budget development and financial planning processes
· Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial accuracy and operational efficiency
· Identify and implement process improvements
· Perform other duties as assigned to meet organizational needs
Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required
· 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience required
· Experience in a corporate environment; manufacturing or logistics experience preferred
· Prior experience with intercompany accounting and consolidations strongly preferred
· Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
· Experience with cash flow management and financial analysis
· High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
· Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
· CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
