In this role, you will facilitate agile delivery processes within a dynamic and collaborative environment, ensuring teams operate efficiently and consistently deliver value. You will act as a key connector between development teams and stakeholders, helping to align priorities, remove impediments, and promote agile best practices. This position requires a strong ability to coordinate multiple demands while maintaining focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence. You will play a central role in supporting agile ceremonies, strengthening team maturity, and ensuring transparency across project execution. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and highly collaborative, requiring autonomy and proactive problem-solving. - Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team collaboration.
- Support agile delivery processes, helping teams maintain alignment with scope, priorities, and delivery goals.
- Track and manage backlog items, dependencies, and risks to ensure smooth workflow and transparency.
- Act as a key communication bridge between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Promote and reinforce agile methodologies and best practices across teams and projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous delivery optimization.
- Support teams in resolving blockers and ensuring consistent delivery progress.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a structured and organized manner to support project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience using agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello (differential).
- Ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of agile principles and delivery practices.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.
