JOB DESCRIPTION

Barista (Part-Time) - Bolingbrook, IL

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The barista will be responsible for:

• performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned.

• greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and food items in accordance with established service standards.

• cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the store standards.

• ensuring that proper food handling procedures are followed.

• stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed.

• ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicating shortages as necessary.

• efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings.

• assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors, etc.

• researching and resolving quality and service complaints and/or issues.

• receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries.

• some may be scheduled for occasional sign waving shifts

• other duties as assigned.

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
