About the role

The shipping processor lead will process all incoming electronic customer orders, assign pickers to each order and verify order completion before customer shipment. Act as a coach for all shipping processing questions with problem solving attributes.

What you'll do

· Accurately review, process, print and verify order completion

· Train and coach all shipping processors

· Track mis-ships and mistakes for problem resolution

· Process orders from our online store into our WMS system.

· Review each order ensuring customer demographic, payments and inventory accuracy

· Answer customer service-related phone calls and email requests

· Communicate discrepancies

· Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

· Support documentation as needed

· Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Prior warehouse experience a plus

· 1+ year experience in a lead role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English

· Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to learn and describe products accurately and thoroughly

· Customer Service experience preferred

· NetSuite experience a bonus

Physical Demands:

Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises: 8-hour work shift
