This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Product Management - Infrastructure & Enablement in Canada.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced product executive who thrives at the intersection of technical infrastructure, platform strategy, and customer experience. In this role, you will shape the vision and direction of foundational systems that power a fast-growing SaaS ecosystem used daily by thousands of businesses and practitioners. You will oversee initiatives spanning cloud infrastructure, software enablement platforms, security, resilience, and emerging customer-facing capabilities. Working closely with engineering, design, and executive leadership, you’ll help drive strategic decisions that balance scalability, innovation, and usability. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical fluency with exceptional communication and people leadership skills. You’ll join a collaborative, mission-driven environment where transparency, curiosity, and continuous improvement are deeply valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the product strategy for infrastructure, platform enablement, and customer-facing platform services, ensuring alignment between technical investments and business outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of senior product managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and operational excellence across complex initiatives.
  • Establish transparent prioritization frameworks that support informed decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, security, and compliance teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform capabilities.
  • Translate highly technical concepts into clear business narratives that support executive decision-making and organizational alignment.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across cloud architecture, data platforms, developer tooling, resilience, and user experience initiatives.
  • Champion customer-centric thinking while balancing long-term infrastructure scalability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in product management within SaaS or technology environments, including at least 5 years leading and growing Product Management teams.
  • Proven expertise managing both highly technical platform initiatives and customer-facing product experiences.
  • Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, data systems, and software enablement environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, transparent, and strategic approach to prioritization and decision-making.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and design organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent business judgment, customer empathy, and organizational influence skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead through change, and inspire high-performing teams across distributed environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary with significant growth potential based on experience and impact.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across Canada.
  • Career development support and ongoing growth conversations.
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful products that positively impact businesses and communities.
  • Collaborative and transparent company culture focused on learning and innovation.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI initiatives and modern SaaS platform technologies.
  • Inclusive and supportive environment that values curiosity, adaptability, and teamwork.
