About This Position
Product Marketing Manager (3–6 Month Contract)
Logixboard’s software enables freight forwarders to deliver world-class digital experience to their customers, which propels them far ahead of their competition and dramatically increases customer retention and sales.
We’ve raised over $50m in capital and have built a platform that our customers genuinely love and rely on in their day-to-day work.
We’re still a scrappy startup building product that needs to win in a competitive market. We have real traction, an active roadmap, and a lot to ship in a short amount of time. What we need right now is not more process or decks — we need clear positioning, strong launches, and focused execution.
We need a Product Marketer to drive the launch of a high-potential initiative from the ground up. You will own the identity and rollout for this unreleased offering, creating the core collateral that powers our sales team. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the market clearly understands the value of this new solution, laying the groundwork for rapid adoption in its debut quarter.
This is a hands-on, 3-6 month contract role for a product marketer who has launched a product from scratch (0->1) in a startup environment and can own positioning, messaging, and GTM execution independently.
What You’ll Do:
Launch and Position a Net-New Product
Lead Product & Feature Launches
Influence Pricing & Packaging
Be the Cross-Functional Go-To
Execute Relentlessly

What You’ll Do:
Launch and Position a Net-New Product
- Establish core product messaging, positioning, and value propositions
- Define the target customer, the problems the product solves and why it wins
- Create the foundational narratives that all teams use internally and externally
Lead Product & Feature Launches
- Own end-to-end launches for products and features shipping during the contract
- Partner closely with product and engineering to deeply understand what’s being built
- Translate complex functionality into clear, compelling market-facing stories
Influence Pricing & Packaging
- Act as a pricing thought partner by bringing ideas, frameworks, and experiments
- Support pricing and packaging tests and help evaluate outcomes
- Balance growth goals, customer value, and market realities
Be the Cross-Functional Go-To
- Serve as the primary product marketing partner for product, engineering, and sales
- Enable sales with clear positioning, talk tracks, and objection handling
- Build and maintain product documentation, launch assets, and sales enablement
- Keep teams aligned on what we’re building, who it’s for, and how we sell it
Execute Relentlessly
- This is a hands-on role — writing, building, launching, iterating
- Move fast, prioritize impact, and ship work that actually gets used
- Create and run marketing campaigns tied to launches
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience owning product or feature launches end-to-end in a startup environment
- Ability to independently create and own messaging and positioning
- Experience influencing pricing through ideas, experimentation, or analysis
- Strong execution mindset — you take work from concept to shipped
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales
- Startup experience (early-stage preferred; not big-company-only)
Bonus points for:
- Background in logistics or supply chain
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions
- Experience supporting self-serve or hybrid go-to-market models
What Success Looks Like After 3–6 Months:
- Clear, differentiated product positioning in the market
- Multiple successful launches shipped with supporting assets
- Sales and internal teams are aligned and enabled with strong messaging
- Pricing inputs or experiments executed and learned from
- A solid foundation for future product marketing work
