Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized care and assistance to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Administer medications and treatments as directed, following all safety protocols

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff

- Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress

- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care and safety

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in senior care, healthcare, or related field preferred

- Certification as a Med Tech or willingness to obtain certification

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards elderly individuals

- Ability to work effectively during 2nd and overnight shifts

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety and health regulations

- High school diploma or equivalent required
