Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups

- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional childcare certifications are a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings

- Knowledge of safety protocols and child development principles

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide temporary coverage for different classrooms and age groups as needed

- Support lead teachers with daily activities, supervision, and classroom management

- Assist in implementing educational programs and developmental activities

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members

- Follow all licensing, safety, and health regulations and policies
