SA Equipment Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Laborer/Finisher to join our growing Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality concrete paving and flatwork on commercial, industrial, and government projects. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of hands-on experience in forming, pouring, and finishing exterior concrete including curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and structural walls.

• Set forms and prepare subgrades for concrete paving and flatwork

• Pour, place, and finish exterior concrete including paving, curb & gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and walls

• Perform hand finishing, floating, edging, and jointing to ensure high-quality surfaces

• Ensure proper alignment, depth, and slope according to grade stakes and site plans

• Assist with layout and preparation of concrete placements

• Operate power tools and small equipment safely and effectively

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Follow OSHA guidelines and all company safety protocols

• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete labor and finishing required

• Experience with concrete paving, exterior flatwork, curb & gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and walls

• Ability to read and interpret grade stakes and construction plans

• Strong understanding of proper concrete placement and finishing techniques

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• OSHA 10 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid Drivers License required
