Patient Safety Advocate in Bennington, Vermont at Southwestern Vermont Health Care

This position is responsible for managing the organization's complaint and grievance process; investigating adverse events and other reported events to facilitate understanding of care processes; improving patient satisfaction through direct interactions with patients, family, and other staff members, and working with leadership to address recurrent process problems. Provides oversight for the Patient Advocacy Program.

Requirements:

• RN Patient Safety Advocate
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• VT RN license
• Two years experienced RN
