Job Description

Consejo Counseling and Referral Service is looking to hire a full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) at our Renton location.

Summary of Job Description:

The Advanced Practice Provider plays a key role delivering comprehensive Health & Wellness medical services to patients. This role is integral to providing high-quality, patient-centered medical care, with a focus on preventive health, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment. The Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, actively contribute to the enhancement of patient care processes, and uphold the values and goals of the Health & Wellness care program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide medical services within the full scope of the Health & Wellness care program, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
• Conduct Thorough Patient Assessments: Review medical histories, reports, and test results to determine accurate diagnoses and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Promote Preventive Health: Guide patients on nutrition, lifestyle choices, and preventive strategies to support overall health and reduce disease risk.
• Perform Approved Procedures: Carry out medical care procedures within the provider’s scope of competency and privileges.
• Coordinate Specialized Care: Refer patients to specialists for consultation and advances care services required.
• Support Outreach Initiatives: Engage in community outreach efforts as directed to increase healthcare and awareness.
• Ensure Continuity of Care for After-Hours Inquiries: Follow up on after-hours call center to provide timely support, address outstanding needs, and ensure continuity of care. This includes reviewing any urgent concerns communicated after hours and coordinating necessary follow-up actions to maintain seamless patient care.
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR): Maintain familiarity with EHR systems, such as Athena, to document patient information accurately and securely.
• Monitor and Lead Care Delivery: Oversee and support relevant healthcare providers to ensure high standards in patient care delivery.
• Engage in Daily Operations: Actively participate in daily huddles to enhance clinic operations and optimize patient service.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the ongoing improvement of patient outcomes and clinic effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Active ARNP or PA-C License in Washington State (required)
• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT preferred)
• Active DEA Certification (required)
• Active CPR Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish.
• Must have excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; to receive and respond well to feedback. Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as time management and organizational skills, including punctuality, responsiveness, and efficiency. Perform the job with professionalism and good judgment

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time in-person therapy position operates on a standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.

SALARY Based on Experience, Licenses, and Education.
$90,000 - $100,000 per year.
