About the Role:

The Tire Technician plays a critical role in ensuring vehicle safety and performance by expertly installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles. This position requires a thorough understanding of tire specifications, proper mounting techniques, and balancing procedures to deliver high-quality service. The technician will work closely with customers and team members to diagnose tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintaining compliance with OSHA safety standards is essential to create a safe working environment for both the technician and customers. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar automotive service role.
• Knowledge of tire types, sizes, and specifications.
• Ability to operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized automotive or tire service organization.
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations relevant to tire service operations.
• Experience working with a wide range of vehicle types including passenger cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles.
• Basic mechanical skills related to vehicle maintenance.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required.

Responsibilities:
