Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality medical care, conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and foster patient education, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct physical exams, take detailed medical histories, and order and interpret laboratory or diagnostic tests.

Treatment and Management: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, administer injections, and manage ongoing patient care.

Procedures: Perform or assist in minor surgical procedures, wound care, and other clinical procedures appropriate to training and licensure.

Preventive Care and Education: Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and self-management of chronic conditions.

Collaboration: Work closely with supervising physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate medical records, write reports, respond to correspondence, and adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards.

Emergency Response: React promptly and effectively in urgent or emergency medical situations, following established protocols.
Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid state licensure as a PA or NP in Nebraska.

Education: Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.

Experience: Prior clinical experience in primary care or specialty practice preferred.

Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and procedural skills; excellent communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively; adept in maintaining accurate records and utilizing health information systems.
