Machine Operator at Ascentec Engineering LLC – Dallas, Oregon

Ascentec is hiring! We are looking for Machine Operators to join our team in Dallas, Oregon! This is an excellent "foot in the door" opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude/skills and attention to detail. Shifts available:

Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Swing Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Weekend Day Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Weekend Night Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

This position is on site (not remote/not hybrid) at our Dallas, Oregon facility and not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Job Responsibilities: Included, but not limited to:

• CNC setup and operation
• Teach tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly
• Read prints and inspect parts for conformance, typically +/- .005 tolerance
• Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
• Trade school and/or at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
